Joe is the Studio Manager at Life Time Fitness in Centennial, CO. He has a background in music and public speaking which comes together to complement his passion for teaching indoor cycling. He describes his cycle classes as an entertaining experience with the perfect blend education and inspiration. Joe has an MA in Strategic Leadership, has recently become a Master Educator with Stages Cycling and is a Obsticle Course Race enthusiast having completed his first Spartan Trifecta this year.
