Alexis is a master trainer and studio manager at Life Time, holds a bachelors degree in dance and a masters degree in education from Michigan State University. She began her journey as an NASM certified personal trainer before venturing into studio and cycle classes, allowing her love for performing to shine after a decade of working as a professional dancer, choreographer and dance captain for Ceasers Windsor Casino, MGM Casino and the Detroit Piston’s Dance Team. Alexis is a facilitator for the Life Time Academy AFAA Gf Instructor training and Stages Indoor Cycle instructor training.
