DENNIS MELLON is the Stages Flight Brand Manager and a Master Educator with Stages Indoor Cycling and has been a certified
indoor cycling instructor since 1997. He is also a Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Dennis earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education with a Minor in Coaching from the State University of New York College at Cortland. In 2012 Dennis was voted the Mountain West’s “Top Spin Instructor” by Competitor Magazine. He is also the proud father of twin teenage boys.
