Danielle O’Reilly has a Bachelor’s of Science in Education from Northern Arizona University. Her professional experience includes health, youth fitness, group training, percussion performance, and an extensive background in K-12 physical education. She’s taught multiple fitness events for the American Diabetes Association, Relay for Life, along with presenting at the Arizona Physical Education Convention and traveling to a variety of schools in Arizona to share best practices for youth fitness and physical education. Danielle is passionate about helping others reach their health and fitness goals, cooking, music, and spreading the word about POUND! As she watched a short video of POUND, she knew she had to share this workout with her community. Abrea has over 19 years of teaching experience in the Fitness industry. Certified through ACE and AFAA, she has served as a Personal Trainer, Metabolic Technician, Group Fitness Manager, and Fitness Presenter / Educator. Her passion lies in coaching and developing new and seasoned Instructors, Endurance multi-sports and training, and creating a love of fitness in her participants through her edgy, yet authentic, style and sense of humor.
Eric began his yoga practice in 1998. He is formerly a professional dancer and member of Cirque du Soleil. He’s studied many styles of yoga, and completed teacher trainings with Suddha Weixler, Richard Freeman and Manju Jois. Two years ago Eric began learning Vipassana meditation in the Goenka tradition.
Rawlins Apilado is a Master Trainer of a spectrum of formats for Beachbody and LifeTime Fitness. His certifications span from MMA to MindBody, Strength Conditioning to Cycling. He currently is a 5 Star ELI for LifeTime and holds several postitions such as Personal Trainer, Metabolic Technician and Cycle Boutique Manager.
Rob is the senior director of programming innovation for group fitness, yoga and indoor cycle at Life Time. He started EMPOWER! with his wife Kimberly Glick in 2007. He was named the 2006 International Presenter of the Year by CanFit Pro and the 2005 Best Male Presenter by ECA. He holds a B.S. in exercise science and continues to bring cutting-edge education and programming to the fitness and wellness industry. He developed and co-created some of the industries top programs and been a master trainer with some of the most prestigious brands in the fitness industry. Emily Booth is the National Indoor Cycle Program Manager at Life Time Fitness where she is thrilled to fuse her passion for cycling, group fitness, music, and performance together by providing education, inspiration and support for Indoor Cycling instructors across the country. With a degree in Vocal Performance and Theater, her mission is to make exercise as entertaining as it is effective-putting the "fun" back in "function". As a self-described "Endurance Junkie", when she is not in the studio you can find her on the trails training and racing in ultra distance running events like the Life Time Leadville Trail 100.
Eliza has been in the fitness industry for 20 years, teaching a variety of fitness formats. She is a Zumba Education Specialist and Zumba Instructor since 2002 presenting such trainings as Zumba Basic Skills, Zumba Gold, and Aqua Zumba. Eliza is an international presenter for Zumba Fitness, presenting at all major conventions, she is also a Registered Dietitian, Personal Trainer and has appeared in many Zumba DVD's. ACE, AFAA and AEA certified.
Katie Haggerty has become a popular member of the professional fitness industry through her unique brand and delivery. She is well known for her ability to create a balance of innovation, breakdown and functionality through a signature style of fun that creates an experience unlike any other. Katie is the Signature Program Manager and co-creator of Warrior Sculpt and LifeBarre, including developmental workshops, to grow the Life Time Fitness brand. She is a presenter at multiple national fitness conferences, specializing in yoga, dance, step and motivational speaking, and has been awarded the 2014 EMPOWER! Fitness Conference Female Presenter of the Year. Katie holds a BA in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota and is ACE certified.
Kimberly has spent over 25 years teaching fitness and yoga as well as professional and personal development. She was the senior director of group fitness at Life Time for over 10 years, the 2015 IDEA Program Director of the Year, co-creator of 5 Star Development Training and EMPOWER! and founder of The Inspired Life.
Passionate and purpose-driven. Since 2013, Brittany has been devoted to serving students on their mats in our LifePower Yoga studios from the Northeast to Southern California. Now the Yoga Boutique Manager at Life Time - La Jolla, Brittany has served in such roles as Yoga Boutique Manager in Florham Park, NJ, LifePower Yoga Area Lead - Northeast, and LifePower Yoga Master Trainer and Yoga Teacher Training Faculty. Brittany's focus and home within the LifePower lineage is in teaching FLOW, and SURRENDER - a practice which she takes off the mat in her full-time doctoral studies, pursuing a degree in Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Herbology.
