Danielle O’Reilly has a Bachelor’s of Science in Education from Northern Arizona University. Her professional experience includes health, youth fitness, group training, percussion performance, and an extensive background in K-12 physical education. She’s taught multiple fitness events for the American Diabetes Association, Relay for Life, along with presenting at the Arizona Physical Education Convention and traveling to a variety of schools in Arizona to share best practices for youth fitness and physical education. Danielle is passionate about helping others reach their health and fitness goals, cooking, music, and spreading the word about POUND! As she watched a short video of POUND, she knew she had to share this workout with her community. Ricardo Alas has been a Master Group/Personal Fitness Trainer for over 10 years.
