Emily Booth is the National Indoor Cycle Program Manager at Life Time Fitness where she is thrilled to fuse her passion for cycling, group fitness, music, and performance together by providing education, inspiration and support for Indoor Cycling instructors across the country. With a degree in Vocal Performance and Theater, her mission is to make exercise as entertaining as it is effective-putting the "fun" back in "function". As a self-described "Endurance Junkie", when she is not in the studio you can find her on the trails training and racing in ultra distance running events like the Life Time Leadville Trail 100.
Jessica Feldman (AKA: JJ) is the Studio Boutique Manager at Life Time Athletic Chanhassen where she blends her business background in graphic design and marketing with her passion for all things fitness. Her energetic personality and positive attitude fuels her mission to inspire and motivate as many people as possible to the best versions of themselves. Living a life that focuses on adventure and having fun - she is always open to a new challenge, as long as it can be done with a smile and good music is playing. Ann Saldi, founder and owner of VaVaVoom Dance and Fitness,LLC , in Framingham, MA has been in the dance and fitness industry for over 25 years. JR has been a fitness junkie ever since he was five or six years old, when his mom taught Jazzercise with big, poofy 90's hair and hot pink leg warmers. She was an inspiration to JR and he has been teaching indoor cycle classes for more than seven years. For him, it's the energy of the students, music, and members exceeding fitness goals that keeps him coming back for more. He prides himself in his authentic and positive vibes in his classes.
Natalie has 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. She holds certifications for TRX®, TurboKick®, and is ACE & AFAA® certified in Group Fitness and Personal Training. She is a Wello Trainer and offers ONLINE training sessions to clients globally. She is the creator of Cardio BootCANp™ series and Phunk Pilates™. She is a former Zumba® Jammer specializing in the Salsa Rhythm and in 2017 became a Master Trainer for STRONG By Zumba®. Javier is a highly experienced International Fitness Presenter with over 20 years of experience in Personal Training, Sales, Communication, Group Exercise, Fitness Management and Marketing. He served as a Master Instructor and Educator for renowned international programs including Les Mills and Spinning® throughout Europe and the US before he joined Stages Cycling in 2016 as Stages Cycling University Brand Manager and International Master Educator. Originally from Madrid, Spain, he relocated to New York City in 2014 where he lives with his lovely wife.
