Built off of our ever popular EDG Cycle program, this class is Cardio and Resistance training at its best. The Class is a blend of objective based cardiovascular drills on the indoor bike followed by well-designed conditioning segments. If you are looking for a fast, efficient and results-driven class, this is for you.
Take an in-depth approach into one of Life Time’s newest Signature Formats. This 4-hour intensive will review the how and why behind KBK. In addition, there will be several interactive breakout sessions that focus on working through the class design elements, along with foundational components that may include the delivery and unique features that are the groundwork to this effective experience. Note: This is not a formal instructor certification for KBK.
FLOW is a vinyasa-style celebration of yoga that synchronizes breath and movement through a series of poses.

Emily Booth is the National Indoor Cycle Program Manager at Life Time Fitness where she is thrilled to fuse her passion for cycling, group fitness, music, and performance together by providing education, inspiration and support for Indoor Cycling instructors across the country. With a degree in Vocal Performance and Theater, her mission is to make exercise as entertaining as it is effective-putting the "fun" back in "function". As a self-described "Endurance Junkie", when she is not in the studio you can find her on the trails training and racing in ultra distance running events like the Life Time Leadville Trail 100.
Rawlins Apilado is a Master Trainer of a spectrum of formats for Beachbody and LifeTime Fitness. His certifications span from MMA to MindBody, Strength Conditioning to Cycling. He currently is a 5 Star ELI for LifeTime and holds several postitions such as Personal Trainer, Metabolic Technician and Cycle Boutique Manager.
An RYT-500, Zoe has being teaching yoga for 10 years. Six of those years, she taught in Hawaii where she opened up a new market for a major yoga company and presented at the first ever Wanderlust Oahu. Zoe is the National Education Manager for Yoga with Life Time Fitness.
Abrea has over 19 years of teaching experience in the Fitness industry. Certified through ACE and AFAA, she has served as a Personal Trainer, Metabolic Technician, Group Fitness Manager, and Fitness Presenter / Educator. Her passion lies in coaching and developing new and seasoned Instructors, Endurance multi-sports and training, and creating a love of fitness in her participants through her edgy, yet authentic, style and sense of humor.
Lucrecia Venosta, better know as Luli Zumbera, is a native of Argentina. Her passion for Latin music saw her become part of several Latin dance groups in Cordoba, Argentina. Among them, the recognized “Comadreja” group. She moved to the United States in 2010, becoming a Zumba® Instructor soon after. She is ACE and AFAA group exercise certified, an ACE senior fitness and sports nutrition instructor and ACE health coach. Lucrecia became a Zumba® Education Specialist (ZES™) for Zumba Gold® in 2013. Now, she teaches Zumba® Basic 1, Zumba® Basic 2, Zumba® Pro Skills, Zumba Gold® and Jump Start Gold trainings in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania in the United States and other countries.
Geoff Tough is a Signature Program Master Trainer, 5 Star Elite Performer and Content Creator for LifeTime Fitness. Geoffrey holds his Bachelor's Degree in Music and Dance from the University of the Arts. After taking a step off of the Las Vegas stage, Geoffrey finds himself in the brightest lights of his career as he guides his passion toward educating and developing individuals and their communities. Ricardo Alas has been a Master Group/Personal Fitness Trainer for over 10 years. His credentials are as follows: AFAA Certified as Group Fitness/ Kickboxing Instructor, NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), STRONG by Zumba Master Trainer. He is also a Firefighter/EMT and has been recognized as a true leader in the field of fitness and his core belief is “with sweat and determination you will succeed”!
DENNIS MELLON is the Stages Flight Brand Manager and a Master Educator with Stages Indoor Cycling and has been a certified indoor cycling instructor since 1997. He is also a Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Dennis earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education with a Minor in Coaching from the State University of New York College at Cortland. In 2012 Dennis was voted the Mountain West’s "Top Spin Instructor" by Competitor Magazine. He is also the proud father of twin teenage boys.
