Rob is the senior director of programming innovation for group fitness, yoga and indoor cycle at Life Time. He started EMPOWER! with his wife Kimberly Glick in 2007. He was named the 2006 International Presenter of the Year by CanFit Pro and the 2005 Best Male Presenter by ECA. He holds a B.S. in exercise science and continues to bring cutting-edge education and programming to the fitness and wellness industry. He developed and co-created some of the industries top programs and been a master trainer with some of the most prestigious brands in the fitness industry. Emily Booth is the National Indoor Cycle Program Manager at Life Time Fitness where she is thrilled to fuse her passion for cycling, group fitness, music, and performance together by providing education, inspiration and support for Indoor Cycling instructors across the country. With a degree in Vocal Performance and Theater, her mission is to make exercise as entertaining as it is effective-putting the "fun" back in "function". As a self-described "Endurance Junkie", when she is not in the studio you can find her on the trails training and racing in ultra distance running events like the Life Time Leadville Trail 100.
Donna, a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, has worn many hats in the fitness industry. Whether it be that of group fitness instructor, personal trainer, holistic health coach, yoga teacher or fitness educator, Donna loves them all. No matter what the role, Donna is well-known as a straight-talker who empowers all she influences with her “come from love” attitude.
Nicholas Logrea was trained in ballet, tap and jazz beginning at the age of 6. He has performed in Westchester Ballet Company’s production of The Nutcracker for 25 years and has also performed as a soloist in WBC productions such as La Bayadere , A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Peter and the Wolf. Logrea has been a ZIN™ Member since 2008 and is currently a ZES (Zumba® Education Specialist), training people to become Zumba® instructors in. He has spent the past 5 years traveling in the U.S. and Europe teaching Master Classes and has had the privilege of dancing with Beto Perez, co-founder of the Zumba® program, appearing in Fitness Concerts™ in London, Australia and Prague. Logrea is frequently requested for media opportunities, appearing on shows like ABC’s The View, where he danced alongside Vanilla Ice to a Zumba® remix of his smash hit “Ice Ice Baby”. Nick has also been a featured avatar in several Zumba Fitness video games—which have sold more than 9 million copies worldwide—including Zumba® Fitness Core and Zumba® Fitness World Party. He currently is scheduled to present his session, Swing Baby Swing, at this years Zumba® Instructor Convention in Orlando, Florida, which is attended by more than 8,000 ZIN™ Members.
Jessica Feldman (AKA: JJ) is the Studio Boutique Manager at Life Time Athletic Chanhassen where she blends her business background in graphic design and marketing with her passion for all things fitness. Her energetic personality and positive attitude fuels her mission to inspire and motivate as many people as possible to the best versions of themselves. Living a life that focuses on adventure and having fun - she is always open to a new challenge, as long as it can be done with a smile and good music is playing. When not teaching classes or working with her team, you can find her exploring different cultures around the world one photo at a time. Jessica is a Life Time Master Trainer for various formats including Spartan Strong, Life Barre, AMP, BarreSuite, Warrior Sculpt and Barbell Strength.
Katie Haggerty has become a popular member of the professional fitness industry through her unique brand and delivery. She is well known for her ability to create a balance of innovation, breakdown and functionality through a signature style of fun that creates an experience unlike any other. Katie is the Signature Program Manager and co-creator of Warrior Sculpt and LifeBarre, including developmental workshops, to grow the Life Time Fitness brand. She is a presenter at multiple national fitness conferences, specializing in yoga, dance, step and motivational speaking, and has been awarded the 2014 EMPOWER! Fitness Conference Female Presenter of the Year. Katie holds a BA in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota and is ACE certified.
Nate Offer was born and raised in Vineland New Jersey. He is a former 2x 4x4 penn relay champion 2009-2010 with Vineland high school in track and field and was a former semi pro football athlete. He became a personal trainer in 2013 and in 2014 he started his own training company called “Dreams 2 reality world wide Llc”. He has been with Zumba since 2013 and been with Strong by Zumba since 2016. His goal is to be the best example he can be, motivates others to get fit, healthy and most importantly chase their dreams.
Heather Flebbe, M.S., is a Master Educator for Stages Indoor Cycling and has been inspiring and educating health and fitness professionals for 23 years. Heather earned her Master's Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology and is a Lecturer at California State University, Los Angeles as well as College of the Canyons Valencia and a presenter for ACSM Personal Training Workshops. Most passionate about exercise physiology and how the body responds and adapts to exercise, as Director of Instructor Services and Marketing at a premier indoor cycling studio, she is always learning how to bring out the best in her instructors and her riders.
